The biggest party at the biggest party school has a new lineup: Ohio University's "9 Fest" is bringing Chip Tha Ripper, 12th Planet, Timeflies and more to Athens this May.
Part of a chronological tradition, 9 Fest is the follow-up to last year's 8 Fest, which was headlined by Cleveland's Machine Gun Kelly. This year boasts a more expansive lineup with a few more Ohio-born acts. 9 Fest takes place on Saturday, May 19.

Filmmaker Jeremy Zerechak — an Ohio University School of Film MFA candidate — will be heading to the 2012 Cinequest Film Festival in San Jose, Calif., with "CODE 2600," his new documentary about the Information Technology era.
Zerechak jump-started a career in film in 2008, when his film "Land of Confusion" won awards at the Atlanta Jury Film Festival and the Florida Film Festival.
